Premier League manager salaries: Who is paid most from Man Utd, Liverpool, Chelsea and co? | Football | Sport

The Premier League is full of talented managers and they certainly are rewarded with salaries which reflect the pressure they are under.

Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola and Liverpool chief Jurgen Klopp are battling it out for the title once again this season.

But the Spaniard has big bragging rights over his German counterpart when it comes to how much he earns.

Guardiola, formerly manager of Barcelona and Bayern Munich is paid an incredible £20m per season for his work.

And it appears to be money well spent with City winning the Premier League for the last two campaigns.

In contrast, Klopp is paid just £7.5m, the same as under-fire Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino is actually second in the table with the Argentine earning £8.5m per season by Daniel Levy.

Arsenal manager Unai Emery is on a lot less than the club’s north London rivals.

The former Paris Saint-Germain boss takes home £6m per season with Manuel Pellegrini of West Ham (£7m) and Southampton manager Ralph Hasenhuttl (£6m) earning similar amounts.

As for new Chelsea supremo Frank Lampard he is paid £5m.

That’s the same as Leicester manager Brendan Rodgers with Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe earning £4m to round out the top 10.
