Fantasy Premier League tips: Best Fantasy Football transfers for FPL GW36 | Football | Sport

Fantasy Premier League bosses have less than 48 hours to organise their squads in the wake of a frustrating double gameweek.

A host of big names failed to fire across the latest matches, but now is not the time for FPL gaffers to mope as Liverpool’s Friday night clash with Huddersfield means an early transfer deadline.

Tottenham are expected to record a positive result at home to West Ham but Champions League commitments could see the curse of squad rotation strike again.

Meanwhile, Fulham are revitalised after their relegation and Manchester United host Chelsea with big points up for grabs – but who will you sign and sell ahead of GW35?

Fantasy Premier League tips GW36

GK: Alisson (Liverpool) – £5.9m

The Champions League semi-final against Barcelona could see Jurgen Klopp heavily rotate his squad this weekend, so Alisson looks one of few certain starters against Huddersfield.

The Brazilian then has a trip to Newcastle followed by a home match against Wolves in which the Reds can reasonably expect two more clean sheets.

DEF: Jan Bednarek (Southampton) – £4.0m

Bednarek is one of the cheapest starting defenders in the league and is worth a gamble with games against Bournemouth, West Ham and Huddersfield to come.

DEF: Sead Kolasinac (Arsenal) – £5.0m

Arsenal were in disarray against Palace but Kolasinac impressed in his left-wing berth and has provided seven assists so far this season.

The Bosnian is without an attacking return since GW28 but that could change against Leicester, as long as Unai Emery doesn’t rotate ahead of the Europa League semi-final.

DEF: Luke Shaw (Manchester United) – £5.0m

The United full-back returned from his two-match domestic suspension against Manchester City and is certain way into the Red Devils rearguard.

Shutting out Chelsea may be tough but Shaw finishes his season with games against Huddersfield and Cardiff which should reap rewards.

MID: Gerard Deulofeu (Watford) –  £5.6m

One of the stand-out performers in GW35, with his double against Huddersfield catching the eye and sparking major investment.

A home match with Wolves offers another chance to impress.

MID: Lucas Moura (Tottenham Hotspur) – £6.8m

Tottenham boast a kind run of fixtures to close out the 2018/19 campaign and with Harry Kane one of several Spurs stars sidelined, Lucas Moura is expected to feature prominently.

The Champions League semi-final against Ajax raises the danger of rotation, but Moura should avoid a spell on the bench with Mauricio Pochettinp’s attacking options limited.

MID: Gylfi Sigurdsson (Everton) – £7.3m

A masterful performance against Manchester United has seen Sigurdsson’s appeal soar, and a trip to Crystal Palace should bring around another haul of points.

FWD: Ayoze Perez (Newcastle United) – £6.1m

A hat-trick against Southampton has sparked a flurry of interest in the Spaniard ahead of a trip to struggling Brighton.

FWD: Aleksandar Mitrovic (Fulham) – £6.3m

While the horse has already bolted for Fulham, back-to-back wins mean the Cottagers are worth considering as FPL assets once more.

Mitrovic has a goal and an assist in his past two matches and could add to his 11 strikes for the season at home to Cardiff.

FWD: Wilfried Zaha (Crystal Palace) – £6.8m

Crystal Palace’s one stand-out threat, with the Ivorian having notched up nine goals and eight assists this campaign.
