PSG HOVERING AS DE GEA SNUBS FINAL UNITED OFFER
David de Gea has turned down Manchester United’s final contract offer.
The keeper made it clear he is not extending his deal beyond next season, piling pressure on Old Trafford chiefs to sell him this summer.
United have failed to meet De Gea’s market value of $650,000-a-week that Paris Saint-Germain are prepared to offer him.
PSG are planning a $111million bid in the current window — or may opt to sign the 28-year-old on a free in a year.
De Gea’s stance is a massive blow to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s re- building job at United.
The Spanish star was the club’s Player of the Year in four of the past six seasons, but his form dipped this term amid uncertainty over his future.
Old Trafford chiefs wanted an answer on De Gea’s future before the end of the campaign but the player looks intent on leaving — either now or in 12 months.

UNITED’S STAGGERING KOULIBALY BID REJECTED
Manchester United’s blockbuster $175m bid for Kalidou Koulibaly has been rejected.
The Napoli star is regarded as one of the best defenders in the world with United desperate to tighten up their defence ahead of next season.
Gazzetta Dello Sport journalist Nicolo Schira reports United’s potential world record bid for the 27-year-old central defender has been knocked back by the Italians.
The huge bid eclipsing the $138m Liverpool shelled out for Virgil van Dijk shows United mean business this summer as they look to bridge the huge gap between themselves and champions Manchester City.
Club president Aurelio De Laurentiis does not want to sell his defensive stalwart, who has a $240m buyout clause that comes into play next year.
RED DEVILS ‘READY TO PAY’ STARLET’S INSANE RELEASE CLAUSE
Manchester United are reportedly ready to pay the $194m release clause for Joao Felix this summer.
The Benfica star is the subject of interest from some of Europe’s biggest clubs but United are desperate to get to the front of the queue.
And according to Portuguese outlet Record, the Old Trafford club are prepared to smash the British transfer record to sign 19-year-old Felix.
That currently stands at the $164m United paid to bring Paul Pogba back to the club from Juventus in 2016.
But Felix is rated so highly that they are now willing to pay the huge release clause.
The Portugal Under-21 international would add creativity and – crucially – goals to a side that has struggled this season, particularly in the final weeks of the campaign.
